What is a lead leak?
Any point between a new lead and a paying customer where people drop out: leads you never reach, calls that never become appointments, appointments that no-show, and visits that do not buy.
Where do these numbers come from?
Only from what you enter. The calculator does not use industry averages. It multiplies your own funnel and shows how much revenue each step would add if it improved by the amount you choose.
What should I fix first?
Usually the step with the biggest revenue gap in your results. For many businesses that is speed to lead or the share of leads they actually reach, which is often the cheapest step to fix.
